Ryan was a pleasant person to work with, great negotiating skills, and comes with tools to do the job of making sure you’re getting the best bang for your bucks. At first we weren’t so sure about any real estate agent and actually had a few with our final being Ryan. We sat and talked about it and from day 1 Ryan had been the correct agent for us. The broker had to step in a few times with suggestions for difficult situations as we needed a 3rd opinion to be sure we were making the correct decision after the brokers thoughtful input the situations were resolved.
